Aceites Monegros is a family-owned company located in the heart of the Los Monegros desert (Huesca, Aragón), founded in 1838 and dedicated to the production of high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Over five generations, our family has cultivated olive trees with passion and respect for a harsh yet authentic land that is part of our identity. Today, we continue caring for every tree and every fruit, cultivating our own olive groves and producing the oil through cold extraction to preserve its full essence. We work with varieties such as Arbequina, Manzanilla and Lecciana, whose aromas and nuances reflect the character of this unique territory, resulting in an olive oil with personality, history and soul.
