Our sheep graze freely on the lands of Valdivieso. The milk that is processed is fresh and no additives are used. These three factors make our cheese a unique product.

We are a farm with more than 200 years of history. We transform the raw milk from our flock of Manchego sheep into Artisan Manchego Cheese. This is made in a strict artisan process and with natural ingredients. Our sheep feed on the products of the countryside that we cultivate ourselves, with special importance and relevance being given to the pastures that we use for at least 6 months of the year.
