Las uvas de Tempranillo procedentes de viñedos plantados en suelos arenosos fueron recogidas a mano y fermentadas en depósitos de acero inoxidable durante 15 día a temperaturas inferiores a 27oC. Una pequeña parte del vino permaneció durante unos 12 meses en barricas de roble francés principalmente y también americano.
