El chef asturiano con estrella Michelin Elio Fernández, del restaurante Ferpel Gastronómico, presents a live showcooking that reinterprets Chosco de Tineo PGI from a contemporary and creative perspective, highlighting its gastronomic versatility.
During the session, a Chosco and Afuega’l Pitu sandwich will be prepared, designed as a deli-style concept that introduces the product in new consumption formats. In addition, a Chosco carpaccio will be created, paired with mushrooms and Afuega’l Pitu cheese, dressed with honey and cider vinegar to reinforce its Asturian identity.
