The Iberian Wagyu Sausages are made with our minced meat marinated with spices that give it a unique flavor. Roasted, stewed or grilled, it is an exceptional product that should not be missing in your barbecues and events.

 


In Wagyu Ibérico, a quality brand that markets beef products of Wagyu breed, we breed our own animals on a farm located in the north of Cáceres, in the Extremadura dehesa.

Through our certification, subject to annual audits carried out by CERTICAR, we ensure that our products have at least 50% wagyu genetics, up to 100%. 

In Wagyu Ibérico we seek the full use of our animals' meat, so we bet on different types of products. The most common on the market are frozen pieces or cuts, such as loin, needle or picaña, and processed products, such as our wagyu ham croquettes, choricillos or frayed meat.

To complement these cuts of meat, we have created a Set of salts and spices whose function is to enhance the flavor of our wagyu meat products.

To this wide range of products must be added our sausages, made entirely with meat from animals of this breed.

One of our latest products, made in collaboration with Villacruz, is undoubtedly the most innovative. This is the fig bonbon with Wagyu Ham.
