A wine born out of time and inspired by Félix, the oenologist Manuel Martínez´s father. As a guardian of the family legacy, I extend my hand to offer an elegant and classy wine in which one can discover a strong personality. This is an energic and self-confident wine that also possesses a modern aroma and a smart taste that knows its way even around the most discerning palates in which ideas of visionaries ahead of their times triumph. This is quality, elegance and tradition elevated to nobility.
We chose the best grapes of Syrah and Tempranillo of the Madrid Autonomous Community in order to prepare this wine. These grapes come from old vines of extreme quality and perfect maturity situated in poor soils with a great personality.
This wine that has been aged for 24 months in American and French oak barrels has been awarded the gold medal in contests like CHALLENGE INTERNATIONAL DU VIN '23, BACCHUS '24 or VINESPAÑA '24 among others.
Vinos Jeromín is a family run winery founded in the year 1956. So, nowadays the third generation of the Martínez family is in charge of both the general and technical management.
Our Technical Department is responsible of over 400 has of vineyards whose owners, in some cases, have been providing the winery with maximum quality grapes for several generations. The vineyards are of an average of over 35 years in the case of the white grapes and of over 25 years in the case of the red grapes.
Our red wines are mainly made of grapes of Tempranillo, Garnacha and Syrah with additions of some noble varieties such as Merlot for example. The main white grape variety we work with is the native Malvar grape variety which is only present in our Denomination of Origin Vinos de Marid.
The IFS certification of our winery is an unquestionable endorsement of the high quality of our wine. Moreover, Vinos Jeromín is FDA registered and is present with some private label wines in the US market among others.
