OUR PRODUCTS
Our quince paste is made out of just two unique ingredients: highest quality quince and sugar, being a completely natural product. Its sweet flavour and firm texture make it the perfect accompaniment to many dishes, but it can also be served on its own. We also produce two other varieties of the traditional recipe: quince paste with cinnamon and quince paste with orange.
THE COMPANY
Trafrut Cano is a family company that produces what is known as "membrillo" (quince paste) in Southern Spain. There are two key elements that make our product unique: the selection of high-quality raw material, picking the fruit by hand, and the careful elaboration process we follow. We started elaborating our quince paste in the Casa Cano confectionery, in the city center of Malaga (Spain). In 1993, as that the demand for the product was increasing, we decided to buy a warehouse and with this step we started to make our first sales in Spain. Nowadays, we export our products to USA, Australia, Japan, United Kingdom, Singapore, Puerto Rico, Germany, etc.
