El Cierzo was born in 2015 in the Mata de los Olmos (Teruel). Located in Teruel, we use meat from pigs of the Duroc breed fed with cereals from our own fields and raised according to the highest animal welfare standards. All this allows us to have a high quality raw material to offer excellent products.
