Señorio de Montanera produces Iberian Hams, Shoulders, Loins, and other cured products exclusively from acorn-fed 100% Iberian pigs. It is currently the leader in the production of pure Iberico Hams under the Dehesa de Extremadura Designation of Origin and is available in more than 25 countries around the world, with a significant presence in Japan, United Kingdom, France, Canada, and China.  The main distinguishing feature of Señorio de Montanera is that they control the entire production chain, from the rearing of the raw material - the pure-bred acorn-fed Iberian pigs - to the manufacture of the final product - ham, shoulder, cured sausages and meats.
