Quesos Rocinante is a family run business founded in 1962 in the hearth of 'LA MANCHA' (Spain). The cheese-master experience has been transmitted from generation to generation and allows us to make an exceptional quality cheese, which is unique in the market.
The perfect balance between traditional production processes, the latest technology and the very best raw materials are the key for delivering excellent levels of quality. Our production covers a wide range of cheese: MANCHEGO PDO, genuine IBERICO and different types of GOAT cheese (infused in red wine or with rosemary, among others).
Quesos Rocinante is also certified by the most demanding international food industry regulations: BRC and IFS.
