PDO Zamorano cheese. Made from the raw milk of the Churra and Castellana sheep, autochthonous breeds from Zamora. Yellowish to dark ivory color. Pressed and firm texture. Warm and pleasant smell with nutty aroma, proper of high-matured sheep cheeses from Zamora. Strong flavor, big bouquet, long aftertaste, slowly evolving and inviting. This speciality has been awarded with Gold Medal during the World Cheese Awards.

Over the last ninety years, our company has mastered the elaboration of a selection of “Spanish type” cheeses. Specialized in raw milk cheeses but also in pasteurized milk cheeses. We apply different types of milk and stages of ripeness to achieve different and unique flavors, which satisfy the most demanding palates. Some of our cheeses are made under the Denomination of Origin DOP Zamorano cheese, and  P.G.I (Protected Geographical Indicator ) Castellano cheese. I would like to remark our “Iberico” cheese, which is very popular in international markets and being prized every year in the World Cheese Awards.
