Our cheese factory is located in Marjaliza (Toledo), we produce milk cheese from Manchega sheep and Murcian Granadina goat from family farming. All our cheeses are made with freshly milked raw milk, we have soft and pressed varieties.
We currently have the Manchego PDO Artisan Cheese certificationOur pressed goat cheese has recently won two international awards, silver medal at World Cheese Awards and Gold Medal in Frankfurt.

All our cheeses are made with freshly milked raw milk, we have varieties of soft and pressed paste. At the moment we have the certification of Manchego cheese DOP Artisan. Our refining is done in a Cava of our own design, with static cold and ideal conditions for the development of high quality molds and yeasts and that develop special aromas in the cheese, also its percentage of humidity allows us to maintain the buttery quality of matured cheeses for months.
