We invite you to visit our stand and taste our delicious cured cheese, made with raw milk from our own cows. Each piece of cheese is the result of an artisan process, matured for between 5 and 12 months, which gives it a unique flavour. This cooked cheese has a colour that varies according to the season, reflecting the natural diet of our cows: yellow in autumn, spring and winter, when they graze in green fields, and white in summer, when grass is scarce. Its intense, slightly salty flavour, accompanied by a firm, compact texture, will win you over with every bite. Best of all, it contains no additives or preservatives, guaranteeing an authentic and natural experience.
