Cheese made with raw milk from our own herd of cows. This cheese is matured for 2 to 5 months. It is a cooked paste cheese, the colour of the paste varies depending on the time of year, mainly when the cows eat grass in autumn, spring and winter it is yellow and in summer when there is no grass the colour is whiter, with a mild, slightly salty flavour and a semi-creamy texture. It contains no additives or preservatives. Both cheeses are made with milk from our own herd of cows.
