Our mono-varietal Albariño "Pazo Pegullal" spentt h r e e m o n t h o n its lees. T h i s A l b a r i ñ o s t a n d s o u t f o r itsstraw-yellow colour with greenish-gold glints. Itsfragrance smells like mature fruit, peaches, passionfruit, kiwi, marinade, river stones, and white flowers,with a huge aromatic potential becoming bigger byspending a little time in bottle. And what will happenwhen you taste it? It takes a long way, juicy a n dsurrounding, unctuous and complex. Its aftertaste islong and elegant. You will feel the time he laid on itslees while he shows you at the same time hisfreshness, and expresses so perfectly the varietycharacter and the Atlantic climate, so typical of ourlandscape.

Since 2013, it has been producing and marketing high quality wine (Pazo Pegullal albarin~o wine) and virgin olive oil (El Olivar de Pegullal).We are present in some Central American countries such as Panama, and Cos-ta Rica, and The Bahamas. And are also established in Europe, the United Kingdom, Switzerland. We look forward to reach out more internationally to share our products with the world. We are currently the most popular in Spain, and our wine can be found in multiple high quality restaurants located in Barcelona, Vigo, Ca´diz, and Andorra. A few of these establishments are Akelarre, Arzak, Lasarte, Silabario, L'Enoteca, and Aponiente Restaurant.The vineyards are located in Ri´as Baixas, one of the wettest wine regions in Spain, making it a perfect spot to grow high quality product. As for our olive oil, we produce three kinds: picual, arequina and premium coupage, all that provide their own unique features. Our olive trees grow in the Baixo Min~o region, located near the Atlantic Min~o river. The olives are selected artisanally, which provides olive oil grown with the utmost care.
