This salad mix is the ideal ingredient that you cannot miss when preparing your salads or Russian salads.  The potato cubes are accompanied by peas and carrots, and is vacuum-packed and steamed at low temperature, without containing any preservatives or allergens, ready for consumption. To enjoy it as a salad, pour the contents of the bag directly into a container and add the rest of the ingredients to taste. As far as the format is concerned, there are 2kg and 450g packages. The shelf life of the product reaches 60 days under refrigeration without detriment to its quality.

In this way, the cooperative from Alava develops potato-based products that will allow the preparation of traditional recipes in an easier and faster way.
