This boiled and small size potato (30-45mm) is the best company for roasted meats and fishes, and other dishes with sauces. The product is presented peeled or with skin, vacuum-packed and steam-cooked, without adding any preservatives or allergens, just ready to eat. As far as the format is concerned, there are bags of 2 kilo. The shelf life of the product reaches 60 days under refrigeration without detriment to its quality.

Procesados de patata Paturpat S.Coop. was born in 2016 from the hand of Udapa S.Coop. and its farmers' cooperatives (PROPACO) and associated work (PROAGRAL), with the intention of responding to the new consumer trends demanded in the market through convenience products, easy to prepare and healthy. In this way, the cooperative from Alava develops potato-based products that will allow the preparation of traditional recipes in an easier and faster way.
