These thickly sliced and seasoned boiled potatoes are excellent with meat and fish. The potatoes contain onion, a dressing of oil and salt, and are vacuum-packed and steamed, without any preservatives or allergens. For tasting, it is enough to cook them for 10 minutes in the oven at 180º; fry them for 5 minutes at medium temperature in a frying pan, or heat them for 3 minutes in the microwave. As far as the format is concerned, there are 2kg packages. The shelf life of the product reaches 60 days under refrigeration without detriment to its quality.

In this way, the cooperative from Alava develops potato-based products that will allow the preparation of traditional recipes in an easier and faster way.
