These cooked wedge-shaped potatoes will become the ideal accompaniment to your meat and fish dishes, or will allow you to prepare delicious tapas in just a few minutes. The product is presented with the skin on, vacuum packed and steamed, without any preservatives or allergens. To enjoy them, simply heat them in the oven for 10 minutes at 1750C, or sauté them in a frying pan until golden brown. As far as the format is concerned, there are 1kg packages. The shelf life of the product reaches 60 days under refrigeration without detriment to its quality.

In this way, the cooperative from Alava develops potato-based products that will allow the preparation of traditional recipes in an easier and faster way.
