These boiled potatoes cutting into sticks of about 1 cm thickness are the best option to do French fries.   The product is presented peeled, vacuum-packed and steam-cooked, without adding any preservatives or allergens. To have a delicious fries, strain them and heat them in oil for about 4-5 minutes, at 180º. As far as the format is concerned, there are bags of 5 and 2 kilo. The product can reach 30 days in refrigeration without detriment of its quality.
