Intense fruitiness from green olives. Very complex smell, highlighting green aromas of fresh grass and vegetables; tomato, pepper and artichoke, together with fruitier tones; green banana and almond. Hints of autumn fruits, such as chestnuts and pistachios. A spicy touch.
It is delicate on the palate, recalling the same olfactory tones and the same complexity. The bitterness is light and very well integrated, at the end, a slight spiciness reminds us very vaguely of cloves and black pepper. Very balanced and harmonious. Almond aftertaste.
The COOPERTIVA "EL ALCAZAR" located Baeza in the center of the province of Jaén since 1951. This company is currently composed of 1200 members, who cultivate 5,230 hectares of olive groves, with the most modern production systems.
