It is the most natural and healthy, characterized by fruity notes of green olive, grass, and green almond, as well as its exquisite flavor with slightly bitter and spicy tones. Like the rest of the extra virgin olive oils produced by the Fernandez Hidalgo family, it reflects the expertise of the third generation of a family business dedicated to oil since 1950 and the peculiarities of the olive groves of the Sierra de Segura in the heart of the Cazorla, Segura, and Las Villas Natural Park. It can be used both raw and for cooking and accepts a wide variety of pairings.
