2. The Origin

Noku Mochi was born from the passion of three traveling friends who loved discovering new cultures. During their travels in Vietnam, Thailand, and Japan, they fell in love with mochi, an iconic dessert in Asian cuisine. In Japan, they discovered its cultural duality: Traditional mochis in rural areas, tied to family unity, and modern, colorful mochis in Tokyo, popular among urban tribes. It was in Hanoi, by Hoan Kiem Lake, when Yolanda had the vision: "We have to bring the Mochi experience to Spain." This is how the idea of democratizing mochi as an accessible snack for everyone.
