Incredible pieces of carefully prepared and selected raw material. We prepare our Iberian pork loins with selected fresh pieces and use high quality marinades of national origin: sea salt and - the renowned - paprika from La Vera. Our curing times are traditional, we give each piece the time it needs in drying sheds that imitate traditional curing areas. These pieces stand out for their greater infiltration of good quality fat, good flavour and buttery and consistent texture. The flavour of the lean meat is tender and intense, with a balanced salt content so as not to lose the sweet nuances of the Iberian ham. Its smell is reminiscent of traditional cured meats and brings the gastronomic experience to a close.
