Raw cream cookies from organic, natural production and with organic dark or milk chocolate coating

Biscuits made from organic raw cream, organic cane sugar and wheat flour with germ ground with flint stone. They are characterised by their natural flavour, which is the result of using not only top-quality raw materials but also the recovery of artisanal production methods, with exclusively manual production in an unrivalled rural setting, where we set up our small rural workshop in the parish of Santa Marina del Monte, San Sadurniño, a small family property in a municipality whose territory has recently been recognised by UNESCO as a World Geopark.Sold exclusively in gourmet establishments and small local shops.
Maruxas de nata are traditional, organic and artisan biscuits, made with a simple but exquisite natural recipe. We use top quality raw materials, without preservatives and we hold the certification of the Regulatory Council of Organic Agriculture of Galicia and Food Crafts of Galicia, which distinguishes companies that maintain traditional production processes. We also have different national and international awards: Alimentos de España, Mujeres Emprendedora 2011, International Superior Taste & Quality Award, Brussels 2013 and 2022, Excellence in Innovation for Rural Women, Ministry of Rural Environment 2011. We also boast the “Gastronomy of Galicia 2022” award.
