Mª Esther Ordóñez Dios, president of the regulatory council will be in charge of presenting the audiovisual piece “A way of life” directed by Óliver Laxe and starring the actress winner of a Goya, Benedicta Sánchez, with the aim of paying tribute to a traditional profession such as Galician beekeeping, made in a traditional way, and that dignifies the life of Galician farmers and the backbone of our country, our rural, highlighting respect for the lineage, tradition and transmission of values from parents to children. Subsequently Beatriz Ríos Cebreiros responsible for the tasting panel of Miel de Galicia that will make a commented tasting of the different varieties of honeys belonging to the IGP Miel de Galicia, where you can discover the peculiarities, flavors, textures and palates of the varieties of monofloral honeys and multifloral honeys that hosts this seal of differentiated quality, whose regulatory council is the largest amount of honey certified in Spain.
