Julio Férnandez López (President of the PGI) and Teresa Álvarez San Lázaro (Technical Manager) bring us a presentation on the history and objectives of the PGI and show us its participation in the European Watson Project, a project in which different countries of the European Union collaborate with basic products of the food system. The Asturias Honey PGI is the only Spanish product participating in this project.
Afterwards, they will perform a showcooking to show the versatility of honey in the kitchen.
