Urrechu takes the stage to talk to the two winning chefs of the Food from Spain Tapa Award 2024 in its Madrid and Barcelona editions while they prepare a unique four-handed tasting of their winning tapas in bite-size format. Chef Pere Nacarino from the Erre & Urrechu Barcelona Restaurant, located at the Torre Melina Gran Melià Hotel, who won the award for his “Royale de cordero” and Chef Kevin Suarez, head chef of Chef Mauro García at the Rosewood Villa Magna Hotel, winner with his tapa called “Nuestro mar y montaña cántabro”, will delight us with their mastery and talk about what the award has meant.
