Jesús García will give an overview of Quesos Don Apolonio, winner of the 2023 Best Cheese Award, and Javier Vera, winemaker for the Montes Norte Group, will showcase his wines located in Malagón, the same town as Quesos Don Apolonio. Afterwards, we will enjoy a tasting paired with Don Apolonio cheeses and wines from the Montes Norte Group.
