A must-see at the Salon Gourmets, the Wine Tunnel is a unique and now traditional space which, during its 28 editions, offers the possibility of tasting the country's best single varietals with 54 wine regions represented. 358 wines selected by the technicians of the Ministry of Agriculture together with the Tasting Committee of the Grupo Gourmets Wine Guide, belonging to 277 wineries with 22 grape varieties, it was possible to enjoy in this edition. To complete the wine experience, important Spanish wineries offered tastings and introductory courses where visitors could learn about the different methods of making and ageing white, red, rosé and sparkling wines, as well as their particularities and harmonies.
