Francis Miot is the most awarded confectioner-jam maker in France.

A quality raw material

Dried fruits, cane sugar, icing sugar, almonds, Gianduja praline… Each ingredient in our confectionery is meticulously chosen for its quality, taste, color, texture, and flavor.

Artisanal work

Coucougnettes, Galipettes, Tétons, Prunes, Bijoux de la Reine are rolled by hand. Each of these sweets demands a particular expertise according to its material and texture.

A range of gourmet, authentic, mischievous… and above all, award-winning products!

Francis Miot is the most awarded confectioner-jam maker in France. The Maison, with its products, has garnered over 18 awards with prestigious titles such as “Best Candy in France” for the Coucougnette, which has since become a regional specialty of France, or “Best Chocolate in France” for the Galipette.

Culture and indulgence!

Behind each confectionery hides a story! Narrated by Francis Miot himself, some anecdotes associated with these sweets are a true nod to the history of France, especially to that of King Henri IV, reminding us of our Bearnese attachment.

WEB FRANCIS MIOT ESPAÑA

Founded in 1985, Maison Francis Miot has more than 30 years embodying a long tradition of excellence and craftsmanship. The best jam maker in France and Triple World Champion of jams (classified hors concours).

"A good jam is first and foremost a good fruit!"

We select the best varieties of fruits, collected ripe at origin to reveal all their aromas. The short and controlled cooking in small traditional copper cauldrons, completely preserves the flavor of the fruits chosen rigorously for their exceptional flavor and reduce the content of added sugar, yes, cane sugar. Our jams are called "fruit preparations" because they are below the Brix rate of 55 imposed by the regulation of jams (minimum index for jams). Authentic GOURMANDISE products!

"With a team of 35 passionate, 10 masters of jams, the world-famous Maison Francis Miot is committed to bringing the EXCELLENCE of French cuisine to its highest level.
