We select the best varieties of fruits, collected ripe at origin to reveal all their aromas. The short and controlled cooking in small traditional copper cauldrons, completely preserves the flavor of the fruits chosen rigorously for their exceptional flavor and reduce the content of added sugar, yes, cane sugar.
