Red wine DOP Islas Canarias- Canary Wine

  Traditional red wine made mostly with our local red variety Listan Negro (70%), Tempranillo (25%), and Negramoll (5%).   The harvested and hand-selected grapes from centuries-old vines cultivated uncultivated, in a traditional and sustainable way, and at optimal maturity are vinified with minimal intervention, and then spend a short period of aging in used oak barrels, which which gives it subtle aromas and flavors from the wood.

Our work philosophy consists of scrupulously respecting the oenological potential of each variety. To do this, we vinify each one separately and per plot, harvesting at the right moment of maturation and not using aggressive production methods.
