Black olive pâté is obtained exclusively from Manzanilla olives ripened naturally on the olive tree.

Each olive is selected individually and made according to the original recipe for black olives.It is not a typical tapenade, as its base is dehydrated olives, which concentrate their flavor after a guaranteed minimum curing time of 35 days.

It can be used as an accompaniment to meats, on toast as a starter, or even as an enhancer for rice dishes and various other dishes.
