La Oliva Roja is an EVOO of the 100% hojiblanca variety, from olive trees, in many cases centuries old, that are found at a high altitude near the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park of high biological and landscape value.
La Oliva Roja comes from mountain olive groves, traditional rainfed in a non-mechanized 8x9 meter plantation framework, its handling and harvesting is done manually with the aim of conserving that rural population in a dignified manner so wise in the cultivation of olive groves traditional.
We work with the integrated production model, not using herbicides or pesticides.
We establish a vegetal cover using natural resources and production mechanisms to the maximum, in such a way as to guarantee sustainable agriculture, respectful of the environment of maximum quality, safety and agricultural productivity in an ecological way.
