WATER MUSTARD is a handmade mustard made with over 10 ingredients, combining yellow mustard seeds with spices such as curry or cinnamon, and mixed with chlorella seaweed and olive oil, creating a unique texture and consistency.
The seaweed gives it a salty flavor and distinctive color, which, combined with olive oil, provides a mild and pleasant taste that can easily be paired with hundreds of ingredients.

We are a family-owned business located in the inland province of Alicante, Spain. Our region is surrounded by mountains and beautiful olive and almond fields, known for its wide variety of aromatic herbs.In this privileged environment, we grow and craft all of our products.
We could say that the origin of Montaña Aliños dates back to the last century since my family has been dedicated to the world of restoration for more than a century.Four generations later, with the intention of not losing the family tradition, we decided to invest all our effort and enthusiasm in handcrafting dressings and mustards with 100% natural products, without added preservatives or colorants.
Among our more than 28 current flavors, with a marked Spanish and Mediterranean character, the fruits and herbs of the region stand out (rosemary, figs, mandarins). We offer healthy and original proposals such as tomato dressing with basil oil, which combines oil and vinegar in the same container, or product combinations such as Jijona nougat with Pedro Ximénez or saffron with honey.
Our versatile dressings can be used on salads, meats, or fish, and are perfect for accompanying vegetables, cheeses, pasta, stews, and are unique as a base for making delicious sauces in just a few minutes.We plant, cultivate and harvest fruits at their optimum ripening time. This results in dressings with vibrant colors, intense aromas, and smooth textures.
