We offer over 600 types of desserts made in 7 production sites. Each production site specializes in a type of pastry, ranging from from the pure French pastry tradition (tarts, sablés, coulant), to the typical British pastry (cheesecakes, cakes, tarts) and the local flavours (trompe l'oeils, original creations). Each of these desserts is designed to satisfy our customers’ needs by combining innovation and creativity in our selection.

We are manufacturers and distributors of artisan ice cream and sorbets, pastry, decoration and bakery products.

For more than 40 years, we have been dedicated to finding solutions for professionals in the catering industry: hoteliers, ice cream makers, take-away specialists, bakers and pastry chefs. We are proud to contribute to this with our products, services and advice.
