London Dry Gin distilled in a copper still over low heat. It is a seasonal gin with the differentiating botanical being the fresh black truffle D.O.P. Teruel. 100% grain alcohol and we only use natural botanicals. Completely artisanal process from start to finish. The productions are limited editions due to the seasonal nature of the fresh black truffle.

La Clandestileria is a signature artisanal distillery located in Beniflá, Valencia (Spain). We make all our spirits by hand, from the selection of botanicals to the final labeling. We slowly distill small batches in a copper still using 100% grain alcohol and only natural botanicals. We distinguish ourselves and our spirits by using native botanicals from the Valencian community, creating disruptive flavors that leave no one indifferent. Our goal is to create spirits of the highest quality, which are also unique and exclusive.
