LA BARONIA

La Baronia, was founded in 1990 by cousins Alfonso and Luca Cutillo, who were initially farmers and decided to open the first buffalo mozzarella production workshop. The dairy was immediately enrolled in the PDO protection consortium. Today it employs around 45 people, between production, packaging and sales. Despite our size, which is no longer as small as it was at the beginning, we still manage to preserve the craftsmanship of the product, still preserving hand-spinning and hand-cutting. Over the years we have supplemented our product range with the introduction of burrata di bufala, stracciata di bufala and ricotta di bufala campana dop. All products are distributed through direct sales outlets, both in Campania and Lazio, as well as serving various national and foreign distributors and the ho.re.ca channel where possible.
