At Juan Pedro Domecq, we are livestock farmers with a long-standing tradition, boasting over 40 years of experience in breeding Iberian pigs, although our family has been involved in winemaking and livestock farming since 1730.From the very beginning, we have raised our own pigs to produce our hams. These pigs live freely, feeding on acorns and enjoying two montaneras (twice the amount required by law) in our Dehesa.At Juan Pedro Domecq, we are committed to a slow and highly limited artisanal production process to ensure the highest quality, resulting in a unique and distinctive product with a personality of its own.
