Jamones y Embutidos Jierrito Alejo,  family business, which since 1910 has been dedicated to the artisanal production of meat and salting of Iberian pork hams. The 4th    generation of JIERRITO, Raquel Pérez Vidal, proudly runs the oldest acorn-fed Iberian factory in Jerez de los Caballeros.

Jamones y Embutidos Jierrito Alejo, entreprise familiale , qui depuis 1910 travaille à la fabrication de charcuterie artisanale et à l´élaboration de jambons de porcs ibériques de pure race. La seule entreprise de la Dehesa de Extremadura qui n´utilise que du sel comme seul ingrédient et c´est un PLUS  qu´il faut valoriser.  La 4ème    génération de JIERRITO , Raquel Pérez Vidal,  dirige  avec fierté  le fait d´appartenir à la plus ancienne usine de produits ibériques nourris au gland de Jerez de los Caballeros. Mes produits  proviennent de porcs ibériques, élevés dans les pâturages d´Estrémadure , matière première trouvée au kilomètre 0 et, par conséquent, l´empreinte carbone est minime.
