Our BioBAZA Organic Serrano Ham spends its curing process for +15 months in our natural cellars, located in the Sierra de Baza, a privileged corner that does not exist in other places.
From pigs fed with certified organic pasture and feed, with a chemical-free breeding and without using drugs or antibiotics, combined with the traditional recipe of our grandparents, which only includes ham and sea salt, we seek the essence of Serrano Ham, without colourings, preservatives or other additives, we get a healthy and 100% natural product typical of the Mediterranean diet.
