We work with three types of tuna: skipjack tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis), yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares), and albacore tuna (Thunnus alalunga). Some of our tuna products are MSC-certified. We prepare them in various formats and styles: in brine, sunflower oil, olive oil, extra virgin olive oil, tomato sauce, spicy sauce, and more.
