Under the title "Ourense, an Enogastronomic and Sustainable Province", the Galician province showed visitors to the Salón Gourmets the quality of its raw materials, as well as the great work carried out by small producers who work every day to offer an exceptional product.

The Ourense Institute of Economic Development - Inorde is in charge of organising this activity with the aim of contributing to the sustainable development of the province through the management of projects that promote the recovery of native breeds, the development of new organic products adapted to the new more efficient and environmentally friendly production model and support for the agricultural, livestock and forestry sectors.

Several chefs from the Cociña Ourense Chefs Association were responsible for showcasing the versatility of the region's food and beverages by preparing various recipes with local products.
