The Obando Artisan Bakery is another loyal ally of the Salón Gourmets which, as well as exhibiting its products, accompanies various activities, including, of course, the Ham Cutting Contest / Dehesa de Extremadura, because what is a good ham without its peaks? Obando is also taking advantage of the SG to launch its most gourmet line, the one aimed at chefs, where its products have become indispensable ingredients in many recipes.

Like the bread spoons, presented at the last SG, which were born from the need expressed by their professional customers to have a solid and crunchy base to harmonise, for example, pâtés or creams and which could also be eaten in a single bite. These ideally shaped and sized bread spoons are a further reinforced base made from a unique blend of wheat flour, rye flour and their own sourdough. This year Obando celebrates its 60th anniversary and its presence at the SG will once again guarantee the essential crunchy component to accompany dozens of quality products.
