Oils, cheeses, peppers, artichokes, asparagus, but also lamb, beef, wines, cavas and, of course, pacharán. These are some of the foods and beverages for which the region of Navarre is well known, but these are not just products, they are all endorsed by a PDO or PGI. 13 are the products that have the seal of quality, the latest, chistorra, recently registered as a Protected Geographical Indication of the European Union.
Navarra's Day - Reyno Gourmet had an exclusive stage where, throughout the day, there was presentations, tastings, samplings and show cooking with these quality products as protagonists.

10:45 - 12:00 | Chupinazo: Festivity & Tradition - El Almuercico Navarro
The official kickoff of Navarra Day with the traditional Chupinazo. The celebration begins by highlighting chistorra, an essential element of the almuercico throughout the region, recently recognized as a PGI product.
12:15 - 13:30 | First Asparagus of the Season - Launch of the Reyno Gourmet Madrid RouteTasting of asparagus carpaccio and the first cooked asparagus paired with Navarrese olive oil. Official launch of the Navarra asparagus and vegetable campaign in Madrid.
13:45 - 14:45 | Landscapes with Soul: 3 Destinations, 3 ProducersDiscover Navarra’s wine and food heritage through a tasting of three representative products, meeting their producers and learning about their origins.
15:00 - 16:00 | Label Your WineCreate your own label for a DO NAVARRA wine and take it home. Paint using grapes, sloes, peppers, Navarra’s red limestone soil, leaves, walnuts, truffle, wool, flowers… inspired by Navarra’s landscapes and gastronomic culture. Look, touch, smell, and taste Navarra.
16:15 - 17:00 | Blind Date: DO Roncal & DO IdiazabalA blind tasting led by experts from two of Navarra’s oldest and most emblematic cheese appellations.
17:15 - 19:00 | Pacharán Cocktail & DJ Carlos R. & Ahikar AzconaA vibrant closing event with a live cocktail demonstration featuring Navarrese pacharán, accompanied by live music from DJ Carlos R. and Ahikar Azcona.
