With the title, Menu Catalunya, World Gastronomy Region 2025, the public company Prodeca - attached to the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food of the Generalitat de Catalunya - which aims to promote the region's agri-food and forestry products, has shown visitors the variety and quality of its products through three show cookings with Michelin star chefs Paco Pérez (Miramar), Jeroni Castell (Les Moles), Mar Ibáñez - dessert chef (AÜRT) and Cyril Vermeulen - sommelier (Celler de Can Roca) who was in charge of accompanying the tastings with the region's wines.
