Each day the airline offered several show cookings by its in-flight chefs where visitors will not only be able to taste the dishes of its exclusive catering service, but also can participate in the show cooking itself, as Turkish Airlines prepared several competitions that took place during the days of Salon Gourmets.
The quality of their dishes has earned them the World's Best Business Class Catering award at the Skytrax World Airline Awards held in 2024, in addition, Turkish Airlines has been awarded ‘The World Class Award’ for the fourth consecutive year, remaining among the 10 airlines in the world that have received this coveted recognition.
