The brand ‘Alimentos de Valladolid. A gusto de todos’ owned by the Diputación de Valladolid was present at the Salon Gourmets showcasing the quality and versatility of the province's agri-food products. Sweets, vegetables, meats, cheeses, oils, honey and wines are some of the products covered by this brand. But also catering, food retail and distribution establishments, a total of 430 companies from different sectors.

There was a show cooking event led by Miguel Ángel de la Cruz, the renowned chef of La Botica de Matapozuelos restaurant in Valladolid, awarded with a Michelin Star, a Green Star, and the 2025 Sustainability Award at Madrid Fusion.

The Plato Gourmets stage located in hall 7 will host this activity, which took place on Monday 7 April and bet on to local produce, respect for the land and long-standing family traditions.
