ORGANIC ORANGE
Ingredients: Water, malt, hops and oranges
Visual phase: At first glance it has a beautiful orange-amber colour with a certain turbidity. Its foam is white and light, minimally persistent.
Olfactory phase: On the nose, the aroma of cereal dominates, mixed with the aromas of the yeasts, at the end we subtly perceive the aromas of the orange peel that give us a citrus touch.
Taste phase: On the palate it is presented with an easy entrance, with medium intensity in the centre of the mouth, with a very integrated and creamy carbonation that makes us a velvety step with a balanced acidity that gives us freshness, giving a citrus finish in the mouth where we find again the fine and elegant flavour of the orange together with the balanced bitters of the beer.
Marinade:As a citrus beer with medium intensity, it goes well with Mediterranean cuisine in which pasta, salads, white meats, fatty fish, etc. are present. Serving glass:A Bordeaux glass or a tall glass with a medium mouth will allow you to appreciate its qualities in all their splendor.
PREMIUM “PALE ALE AMBAR” (High fermentation).With a good balance of malt and hops. Unpasteurized and unfiltered beer and fermentation in a second bottle.
